Richard D. Berger is an alumnus of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the University of Pennsylvania working out of Monmouth County in central New Jersey. He has studied in Florence, Italy, the birthplace of the Renaissance. His focus is painting and drawing with a traditional basis of perception, craft, and allegory. Many of his paintings are included in private and public collections in the United States and Europe with exhibits in numerous states. Mr. Berger is a classically trained and inspired commissioned based artist whose work includes custom portraiture, still life painting, landscape painting, mural work, and the sacred arts.
